About Us

  • My name is Alisa, and I started The Hungry Housewives in 2004 when a few moms were looking for friendship, and an easy way to feed our families. We’d gather to swap meals, support local charities, and eventually began hosting an annual Craft and Vendor Show in 2012.

As life changed and our kids grew up, the group evolved, but I kept sharing simple food, favorite places to eat, and continued organizing the annual Craft and Vendor Show.

These days, we also share life inside our 1898 Victorian home in the PNW, where four generations live under one very old roof. Follow along for our home projects, local finds, holiday celebrations, favorite books, shows, music, and whatever else we find interesting lately.
